Morning Practices at the Khankah
10 minutes before Sunrise.
Sunrise Practice: includes Invocation, Purification Breaths, Nayaz, Sun Walk and Sun Spin.
Indoor Practice-- Time dependent on Sunrise:Invocation, Zikr practice, Random reading and Wazifa
practice from Saadi's Sufi Book of Life, or other Sufi readings and practices followed by a 30 minute silent meditation.

would like to schedule them occasionally, the frequency depending on how
often folks would like to come out.
